How old are Beavis and Butt-Head?

In the desert campfire scene, Beavis and Butt-Head appear to cross paths with their biological fathers, referred to by the FBI as "two former Motley Crue roadies turned drifters".
Right off the bat, the dominant drifter, who resembles an aged Butt-Head both physically and personality-wise, refers to Beavis and Butt-Head as "bastards" when he says "Uh... one of you bastards got a match?" to which Butt-Head replies "Uh... yeah. My butt and your... uh... butt". Then, they all bond over giggles in their trademark cackles.
Later, the dominant drifter tells a base story starting out with "about 15 years ago we stopped into this, uh, toilet, uh, called Highland". Butt-Head replies "Really? That's where we're from!".
Considering the strong resemblances and assuming the story about Highland is true, the implication is that the drifters are the biological fathers of Beavis and Butt-Head. Subsequently, it puts the age of both Butt-Head and Beavis at right around 14 years old.
